    ORDER PROCESSING:
    Most orders are shipped via USPS within 2 to 3 business days of your order placement. Please allow 3 to 10 business days for delivery.

    You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    We’ll send you a return shipping label if your return is accepted. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Sale items 
    Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be refunded.

    Damaged Items 
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Send us an email with necessary photos of the damage to hello@nandysnook.com, and we will either provide a full refund or replace the damaged item.

    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. You’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within a few days if approved. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
